What is more dangerous to Americans is the ‘war on drugs’. Totally illegal seizures under the 4 th Amendment have been found legal by the courts. Tens of millions is siphoned into state and federal coffers, along with the trampling of people’s rights, all in the name of stamping out drug use.
Enough is enough.
I know someone who never took illegal drugs or associated those who did, yet he lost $10,000 driving cross-country to the so-called law enforcement.
Another bogus argument. I have only known property seizures to take place when the accused were dealing. In our town, the dealers were living in a house owned by the parents, across the street from the grade school.
