Every large grocery chain has its equivalent oat cereal. General Mills charges more for Cherrios so it can pay for sappy ads on TV. Don’t buy any General Mills products for the rest of this year.

Shop-Rite’s brand is close; well worth the lower price (just let them sit a little longer).

But the generics for the most part, taste like cardboard.

No damned advertising brought me to Cheerios anyway...except maybe back in the fifties.
