Couple is white, kid is black.

Considering how hard it is for white people to adopt black children in the USA I find this commercial to be way out of the realm of reality.

I happen to know a gay couple that has two adopted children. These guys happened to be very economically conservative and adopted a special needs child- then adopted the sibling to keep the family together. As we know since all the rage is to abort unhealthy babies one can imagine the demand to adopt special needs children. But on the other hand two men raising an adolescent girl has challenges.

I have read articles by children raised by Gay and Lesbian couples- all love and appreciate them, but being raised in this types of households creates many challenges. At least these children have a chance where none existed. (Let the flaming begin)

so there are only 2% who are homosexuals (and homosexuals include the prison population)

of those 2% less than 10% even have children in any manner. (late life decision to engage in homosexual conduct etc)

so general mills is pandering to a less than a FRACTION of 1% thinking the other 99.9 percent are not going to hurt their sales?
