Same thing happened here in NJ, but only when they started breaking into homes on the other side of the fence. As a small state, NJ is easier to police for this stuff (though it still happens).

I’ve hiked along the NJ Palisades (a cliff face overlooking the Hudson River & NYC), and seen whining on forums about police abuse of powers by the Palisades Interstate Park Police. As they remain vague about the alleged offenses, I suspect these were fruitcakes doing unspeakable things in a public area...

Most of these, I don't eat. But I'm sad to see General Mills owns Haagen-Dazs, which was, to me, the quintessential 1980s, capitalist, conspicuous consumption ice cream.

Perversion is not cute.

I have a great many things in my house and our Airstream trailer that remind me of my youth during the 50s. I loved those days in America and I have always tried to surround myself with things of that period.

Cheerios was one of those products that has always been around me, it’s not just nostalgic, I really love that cereal, but I will never again support General Pervert Mills.

In my day, perverts were not in commercials, they were in the closet where they belonged and where they should be forced to return.

The child in this commercial was cute, but most every child is cute at that age, but I found the homosexuals sickening and the commercial to be gross. The children of our country are being taught that perversion is normal.

I am proud of what our country once was and I am disgusted with what it has become.

Thanks for the list. The only one I REALLY hate to part with is Fiber One. I wonder what other cereals supply that much fiber and taste decent, too. Aside from Cheerios and Fiber One, there isn’t a single thing I use on that list.

Wow! Great list! But I don’t have to boycott any of them. I don’t buy any of them!

Just don't try to replace it with Ben & Jerry's -- also uber leftwing.

As a home baker, I'm going to miss Pillsbury and Gold Medal flour, as well as Nature Valley bars and Progresso soups. The rest, I'm already doing fine without. I have found a lot of great brand-name substitutes at Trader Joe's and Aldi.

I had to stop watching most tv. It’s just too sad to watch what’s happening in this country. Hollywood is leading the charge into the bottom of the cesspool.

+1

You should make that a thread on its own...let people know to choose something else.
