The Spanish nurse who contracted Ebola admitted she touched her bare face with her gloved hand. That is a breach of protocol and it was clearly enough to infect herself.

This is not a case of “blaming the nurse,” rather it is blame the disease. It is highly contagious in regard to the manner in which it is transmitted. Every level of medical personnel that comes into contact with an Ebola patient must monitor themselves for signs of infection. In the day to day routine of patient care you can sometimes make a tiny error that you do not realize until after you become ill.

That wasn't the story until she got too sick to defend herself. They they came out with the 'confession'.
