Yep. Even though the hospital initially made some mistakes, I would still trust their info more than CDC and local Dallas dem officials at this point.

Once again, we had the CDC slow walking results, so the state lab put out the news. Obvious that the CDC does not want to be transparent AT ALL.

Part of the agency’s embrace of Dr. Frieden probably has to do with politics. Despite being in a Republican state, the disease centers’ staff, like much of the public health world, is overwhelmingly Democratic, so employees tend to prefer directors appointed by Democratic presidents.
