The problem is that the precinct leadership in the minority precincts are all for voter fraud. If they are not forced to comply with voter ID laws then they won’t notice when the same people show up to vote dozen times using the different names.
Not reading your article, I know the ‘agreement’; however we now have TrueTheVote, Judicial Watch, King Street Patriots, and had photo VoterID until Julian Castro sent this latina bombshell (endorsed by Cornyn) to un-do everything the above have gained regarding vote fraud.

The civilized, Euro-descent, 3rd-gen Texan in me says make no mistakes the left can capitalize on and just get through the election (which isn’t going to favor many RATS in TX, anyway) but the Sicilian drops of blood are urging a very different approach.
That’s why I’m now impatiently waiting on word about overturning this. Been three days, time for some talk.

voters have the power...the idiots who apparently favor these things cast votes, those of us who oppose them sometimes don't vote because there might be a "rino" on the ticket......you many times get what you didn't vote against (Obama)...
If a judge can overthrow the law with no legal basis, then the judge is an outlaw.

Can’t they go to another Judge, let’s say, one appointed by GWB and get a different decision ?
