The Clinton Papers: Elena Kagan Paid Off With Supreme Court Seat? Use your key for the next article

The Friday release of 10,000 pages of Clinton White House documents scored an enormous amount of media attention with broadcast and print news reporters scouring the pages and covering the sordid Monica Lewinsky affair and the Paula Jones allegations and civil case. However, hidden in the historical documents is evidence that Associate Justice Elena Kagan achieved her position on the nation's highest court as reward for being a "good soldier" in the "war to defend President Bill Clinton."

According to a section on Kagan, a Washington, D.C., lawyer, she served in the Clinton White House as a associate counsel to the president in 1995-96 and then deputy assistant to the White House Domestic Policy and then deputy director of the Domestic Policy Council (DPC) from 1997-1999. While Justice Kagan performed duties with regard to AIDS, budget appropriations, campaign finance reform, education, health, labor, race, tobacco, Native Americans, and welfare, her most important job was the handling a lawsuit brought against President Bill Clinton by a woman who claimed then Arkansas Gov. Bill Clinton had sexually harassed her.

The released documents touch on how Elena Kagan as a White House counsel defended Bill Clinton against allegations in a civil suit brought by an ex-Arkansas state employee named Paula Jones. In one May 1996 memo, Kagan appeared to be more concerned with how it looked "unseemly" for the president to be represented in court by so many attorneys, but made no mention of how unseemly it was for a sitting U.S. President to be accused of bullying a defenseless low-tier employee.

I was well read but naïve then too.

Sometimes you have to absolutely crush your enemy. And from what I read, the Muslims kept pushing and pushing the Serbs. And by pushing, I mean much more than the actual definition of push.

Kind of like a few different races/cultures are doing here on our shores on a daily basis.

Given what a poster above noted about Kagan kiboshing Voter ID laws in WI, I suspect they ( The Clinton's and Obama ) are not only disciples of Saul Alinksy ( Clinton new him and wrote about him, Obama taught about him ) but Coward and Piven as well. Note the picture from the signing of "Motor Voter" Piven in Green, Coward in the Gray Suit. The Clinton's and Obama's may dislike one another, but they both want to forward "the cause". They will fight as to who gets the power, but IMHO they are trying to set Hillary's turn that is next...

More important than her service to Clinton, Kagan and Sotomayor blocked the court from hearing any appeals concerning presidential eligibility. No case has ever reached discovery, and none ever will because Kagan and Sotomayor, both of whom have a large fiduciary interest in keeping Obama in office since he appointed both of them - they would lose their lifetime appointments.

For the Supreme Court to hear most cases requires that at least four justices “vote” for certiorari, vote in favor of the court’s hearing the case. Scalia, Thomas, and Alito are the originalists on the court. Roberts must be assumed to be an activist whose die in support of the current administration has been cast. Without Kagan and Sotomayor it would take three judges to grant certiorari - require that the case be heard. In that case Kennedy may not be willing to leave a legacy of overturning Minor v. Happersett along with the clear words of the authors of the 14th Amendment and dozens of other cases, as late as Perkins v. Elg decided in 1939. Kennedy is unlikely to decide that “anchor babies” should be eligible to the presidency, because that is the implication of redefining the framer’s understanding of what natural born citizenship means.

Kagan, as Dean of Harvard Law, also protected Obama’s Con. Law professor, Larry Tribe, from being punished, prosecuted had the author he plagiarized wished to press charges, and his career at Harvard Law tarnished. Remember, though few do, the televised interview by former Manhattan Borough President, Percy Sutton, describing Percy’s intercession to get Barack into Harvard Law. Kagan was not Dean when Sutton approached Harvard, but certainly knows the history. Percy’s action was requested by “my old friend” attorney to the Saudi Royal Family, Texas born, Black Panther co-founder, Wahhabi convert in the late 50s, and legal counsel to the manager of 95% of Saudi investments, Alwaleed bin-Talal, who donated at least $20 million to Harvard just before Barack entered Harvard.

Kagan is just a cog, though an important one, in a big story about money and power. Al-Mansour/Don Warden (”kill the white woman and their babies because these make the future solders of the infidel”), was bin-Talal’s law partner shortly after Don/Khalid graduated from Berkeley’s Boalt Hall, and bin-Talal graduated from Menlo College in the early 1970s. (Watch YouTube “The Birth and Death of Christianity” lecture by al-Mansour, addressing political leaders in South Africa in 1990, and note biographical lead in “Partner in San Francisco Law Firm Al-Mansour Bin-Talal”)

It was Vernon Jarrett, Valerie’s future father-in-law and old friend of Frank Marshall Davis who wrote the 1979 Chicago Tribune article (thanks Frank Mieli and Jack Cashill) announcing the $20 million Saudi program to educate minorities in the U.S., a worldwide program managed by al-Mansour, who funded Madrassas throughout Africa, Mosques in the U.S., and programs in the U.S. to fund Wahabbi Imams to recruit Jihadis in U.S. prisons. It is a tangled web that must probably collapse further before the truth, which has always been accessible, will be clarified to a worried public. Kagan can be removed by the Senate, but it won’t happen anytime soon.

Wow. It is mindboggling the lengths to which these fellow travelers have gone to achieve the destruction of this once great country. And the breathtaking speed with which they have moved toward accomplishing their goal. Pray for our country.

Wait...what? You mean, she isn't the most qualified person in our "meritocracy hypocrisy" for the job?!?

Shocking. Absolutely shocking.

She must have really put one over on the GOP to get them to confirm her.

They are the guardians of our Republic and, as you know, they take that job VERY seriously.
