Haveing spent a lifetime managing in the service world my assessment is that she was doing as instructed because she had been yelled at about that, about something else, she is a union steward, or she had gotten into a fight with her significant other.
Perhaps ytou are right, but I dont think that excuses her poor behavior.
Perhaps, but flying over 100K er year for the past 8-yrs or so, I think she is just a little on the unstable side.
I suspect she became a stewardess to marry a pilot and after many years of being used by pilots, perhaps even marrying one and getting divorced, she is no longer attractive and pilots don’t give her a second look and she is stuck on her feet, trapped serving warm drinks in tiny plactic cups to the unwashed rude and whiny masses. . .so she is now bitter and angry and lashes out at simple requests as a way to hit back. . .just my thought. . .
