Incrementalism isn’t necessarily a bad thing when it’s incrementing preferably.
The time for an anti progressive incrementalism was 20 or 30 years ago. The water is coming over the gunwales now. Incremental bailing at this point accomplishes the same goals as Zero has now. IMHO.
