I believe in this instance, “slow roasting” a little first to remove the body fat would prove very useful.
The fat would then need to drain away...

There was something similar in the SF Bay area some years ago. It seems the night shift guy at a crematorium in Oakland was making extra cash by having drug dealers bring in the remains of their competition.
The night shift guy would either double stack the furnace or just add the extra body to the schedule. What undid him was a 300 lb + client who over stressed the furnace and caused a fire that had to have the FD put it out. That ended his “business”
