To get around these political “judges”, how about instant photo ID? If they show up without valid ID, take their picture and fingerprints and make them swear under penalty of perjury and jail to their correct name and address.

I don’t even know who you are. You posted the article so I replied to your post. Tough, if you don’t like it.

Fine - I don’t have to show any ID to buy a gun. Voting is not a right explicitly protected by the Constitution, keeping and bearing arms is. Screw you judge.

Another OBAMA OWNED JUDGE! President Barack Obama nominated Ramos to replace Judge Hayden Head.[3]

The United States Senate confirmed Ramos by unanimous consent on August 2, 2011.[

It would have made little if any difference.

if they won’t allow us to check ids before voting...

why show we provide ids when they ask for one?

can’t have it both ways

>>this has all been planned<<

Just before the last election, the feds sued Texas in an effort to alter the outcome of the primary process.

The IRS was used to silence conservatives during an election year as well.

The criminality in this gubbamint is breathtaking. Ya gotta give it to the socialist, they get on board and stick together.

You should've given JR a courtesy ping, as your post seems a bit at odds with FR's recently stated - and welcome - open season on GOPussy quislings.

Short of another civil war there may be no easy way out of this mess, but I'll be damned if I'll ever pull a lever for another McCain or Romney or any of their gutless ilk.

Yeah - we’d call Obamacare Romneycare, big diff.

We’d still have open borders, big diff.

We’d still have a government ramming “immigration reform” down our throats.

We’d still have all this homo “marriage”, just like in Romney’s gay state.

So yeah - only little difference.

It will be worked out to be legal. It may take another legislative session
but I suspect it will become the law.

I don’t understand what they are using for precedent. In
CT we’ve had to show ID for the last twenty years I’ve voted in this state.

so do what the Obama Regime does and ignore the ruling and proceed with voter id. Heck use the excuse that individuals have to show id to fly on a plane, one needs to give Obamacare sites id...

Funny thing. You have to show an id to get into the building where Federal judges like this liberal POS lay down the law as he sees it.

That will make precious little difference when Wisconsin has to suffer 4 years under Burke the Incompetent.

It will be worked out to be legal. It may take another legislative session but I suspect it will become the law.

The SCOTUS has affirmed Voter ID laws with the same provisions as Texas' Voter ID law.

The law will be upheld on appeal.

This was nothing more than a cynical attempt by a liberal judge to buy time until the election was past. Depending on how quickly the Circuit reacts, she might succeed.

Every state with a Voter ID law that was subject to the Voting Rights Act has had to go thru this legal charade.
