left the dog in a cruiser in the station parking lot from about 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
I wonder how many people walked by the cruiser during the 4 hours.
Sounds like he is taking it as badly as if it was a member of his family. I love dogs but this was a tragic mistake unlikely to happen again and I’m sure this will be with the officer for life.
