Problem is... they destroy their own cities, then move on to less-destroyed ground and destroy that as well.

Have they ever moved into an area and made it better? Any where in the world?

They might should take a closer look in the mirror to see if they can find the real problem. It ain’t whitey.

40+ years ago I lived in a neighborhood in St. Petersburg that had originally been white owner-occupied houses. It had become white rental houses and had declined considerably. Then black families over a few years bought most of the houses and he neighborhood improved a lot. That is when my wife and I bought a house there. The only other white person was an ancient man who had lived in his house since before the War. He told me the history of the neighborhood since the late thirties. My wife and I lived there for a year and a half when a group of houses was built very quickly in the vacant block across the street from my house. The government at some level moved in people from Tampa who were all drug dealers to the new crappy subsidized housing. The neighborhood went to hell fast. My black neighbors sold out and left as fast as they could. My wife and I went to Michigan and sold the house.

I have been back in recent years to look at the old neighborhood. The subsidized houses are gone- I am sure they fell apart pretty fasti and there is a store there and a bicycle shop. The whole neighborhood is now dominated by a huge Australian pine I had planted in the back yard that is visible from many blocks away. The houses are all rental now and the neighborhood all black. The lawns are neat, though, and the houses painted.

I’ve lived in a few cities around the country, and find it disturbing to go back and visit, and find formerly nice neighborhoods have gone downhill. And they have gone downhill because certain populations come to dominate these formerly safe middle class areas.

Sad to say, too many blacks in an area cause neighborhoods to change for the worse.

If you are ever in a city and find yourself on Martin Luther King Blvd., you may want to get the hell out of there.
