Supreme Court Justice Anthony Kennedy has temporarily blocked an appeals court ruling that declared gay marriage legal in Idaho and Nevada. The order came minutes after Idaho on Wednesday filed an emergency request for an immediate stay. The state's request said that without a stay, state and county officials would have been required to begin issuing marriage licenses to same-sex couples at 10 a.m. EDT. Kennedy's order requested a response from the plaintiffs involved in Idaho's gay marriage lawsuit by the end of day Thursday. The 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals declared gay marriage legal in Idaho and Nevada on Tuesday, a day after the U.S. Supreme Court effectively legalized same-sex marriage in 30 other states.

Yep! But the most amazing thing is all this mess for the 1.5%- 2% that are Gay or Lesbian! Sure the LGBT claims they have 25%- 50% of the entire population but that is a flat out LIE! Its another Demorat Plot to destroy America!

That’s correct. It is up to the voters in any state to determine what is involved in a legally accepted marriage.
States are the sites of social experimentation, not the Federal government.

I agree that it should be up to the states to decide gay marriage, after all, that’s what the 10th amendment is for.
I think the Supreme Court has decided that we are in a midst of societal change. Thus that’s why gay marriage is formally legalized in soon to be all 50 states.

We live in a Constitutional Republic, not an oligarchy.
It’s time for the states to start nullifying such unconstitutional decisions.
Sooner or later, somebody’s got to reverse or nullify Supreme Court decisions that incorporate the 1st-6th Amendments into the 14th amendment thus inverting the purpose of the 1st-6th Amendments which specifically targets LIMITING federal government power. Instead, the convoluted “Incorporation Doctrine” astonishingly and unconstitutionally INCREASES the power of the federal government by allowing it to enforce the 1st-6th Amendments. This has lead to the unconstitutional usurping of state authority by the feds in cases like these gay marriage cases.
NULLIFY THESE UNCONSTITUTIONAL DECISIONS!!!
