they are people that never took the last step to independent full-grown adulthood. they are stuck in perpetual adolescence.
think of everything a teenager is. these people are perpetual teenagers. thinking with their groins, thinking they’re immortal, know everything, know better than you, ignore rules when it doesn’t help, demands you obey rules when it helps them, wants nobody to tell them what to do, yet demands everyone else fund all their desires for them.
forgot - never admitting they were wrong, or making a sincere apology. holding grudges forever.
