Perhaps they should legalize armed warfare between tribes and the enslavement of captives taken, including sexual conquest of captured women. That would be truly indigenous. They could even legalize making captives run the gauntlet. And white settlers could be slaughtered and have their homes burned to the ground. Legalize the slaughtering of whites and destruction of what they have built and have Seattle become a hunting ground again. That would fix things.
