Breaking just now on news channels this morning. many more under qurantine but 4 more hospitalized with symptoms of Ebola in Madrid including husband.

My wife talked about buying some suits until I explained to her that we’d need to install a “pass through” shower to disinfect the suit itself. Bottom line is we little people don’t really have any protection other than completely avoiding all people.

British TV interviewing Staff outside the hospital,a lot of them are refusing to go into work until they are explained how this has happened,can you blame them?
Another patient who has just arrived is just off a plane from Nigeria........stop them flying.

Need a source for this; I live within a 50 mile radius of where Ebola Guy is.
You might need to be higher than ‘low normal’. Not everyone has the same uptake or utilization. Due to genetics. You might need a higher level. I felt much better when my levels reached ‘high normal’. YMMV, of course.
Check into adequate vitamin K(2) also. You need d3 and k2 to maintain healthy bones and arteries. I take thorne’s drops for k2. Ask your doc.

Good to know, I think I heard them say there were maybe 5 different strains?
What they DO have going for them though is they are very able and capable of spending long periods of time at home in their apartments doing nothing.
