Michael Bloomberg is a knight—but he won’t be Sir Mike.

Queen Elizabeth II has bestowed an honorary knighthood on the billionaire businessman and former New York mayor.

The British government said Monday that Bloomberg was made “an Honorary Knight of the Most Excellent Order of the British Empire” in recognition of his “prodigious entrepreneurial and philanthropic endeavors” and his work to strengthen trans-Atlantic ties. …

Good grief, just when I thought the UK could fall no lower.

Their “knighthood” - honorary or not, is worth slightly less now than a Nobel Peace Prize.

The only salute Bloomdork deserves involves just one finger.

Not trying to hijack this forum, but everyone needs to be aware what Bloomberg is up to in the state of WA.

Right now in the state of Washington, Bloomberg is pushing a November ballot measure that is promoted as being about background checks for private sales. But it is really a law to criminalize most gun owners, including those who never sell guns. If passed, the deceptive Bloomberg ban for Washington state is then going to become the national model, to gradually be imposed on gun owners nationwide.

And that’s enough for FR’s fierce GOPee Zombies!

Well, he put it there to get elected, apparently; before that he was a long-time D. And then he dumped the R for an I.

England would not even be floating were it not for the NRA. Yet, they reward Nanny Bloomberg, the nemesis of the NRA.

Britain (not England) floats because of the heroism and sacrifice of the British people in 1914 and esp 1940.

Whilst we are grateful for the arms given by kind US people in 1940 (and no, they weren’t thrown in the sea as myth has it), to say the UK has its freedom because of the NRA is just ridiculous.

I didn't say England has its freedom because of NRA. I said it floats.

Point is, NRA went to bat for the Brits. Yet they honor this turd, Bloomberg, who has spent million$ to defame NRA and all believers in the Second Amendment.

Hell, we may have to arm Great Britain again when all the muslims rise up!
