Dallas County law enforcement officers are looking for a man who reportedly rode in the Dallas Fire-Rescue ambulance that had carried a man stricken with Ebola to Texas Health Presbyterian hospital.

County Judge Clay Jenkins said Dallas police and county sheriff’s deputies are trying to find the man, who reports have suggested is homeless.

Authorities have not released the man’s name.

“We are working to locate the individual and get him to a comfortable, compassionate place where we can monitor him and care for his every need for the full incubation period,” Jenkins said in an emailed statement. “I want to emphasize that he is a low risk individual and we are doing this out of precautionary measures.”

Who in the hell is this “County Judge Clay Jenkins”? Some kind of freaky, self-appointed Ebola “expert”?

Wow, this is beyond incompetence. Can’t find a hobo? Did he leave the country?

Mark my words, these morons in Dallas will infect rest of the State and the country.

When Clay Jenkins was elected Dallas County judge in 2010, few knew who’d won the seat, much less what his goals were. Jenkins was a political novice, a personal injury lawyer from Waxahachie who came from good Democratic stock. His stepfather and mother were active in the party for decades and were personal friends of Ann Richards’. Ron Kirk, the former Dallas mayor and former U.S. trade representative, recruited Jenkins to work on the Obama campaign, and it was Kirk, among others, who pushed him into running for county judge.

Congratulations, random stranger, you are sentenced to 21 days of incarceration for using public services. Yes, you’ve committed no crime, you’ll get no trial, and as a bonus, you might get a deadly disease!

I live in the middle of nowhere, and so have no experience with homeless people hitching rides in emergency vehicles-what do they do-pretend to collapse so they can get a free ride to the ER, or just say hey can you drop me off at the nearest shelter/liquor store/McDonald’s?

I posted on another thread that I thought I’d seen this guy working nearby intersections and there he was right at North Park mall and Central Expressway!! Local reporters are saying he is being transported to Parkland Hospital. Why? Presbyterian is right around the corner from where they found him. Guess Clay Jenkins wants to put 2 hospitals at risk. Oh, yeah, he doesn’t have insurance so he goes to Parkland. Well, neither does our refugee from Liberia.
