The tried and true is entry quarantine. That is ever passenger arriving on a west african pass port or with african visa stamps is quarantined for 30 days.

on 9/11 all flights were stopped, North Atlantic inbound were turned around if practical, the remainder landed at the first available airport....as afar as confining passport holders, it is too late by then as they have infected the other global passengers

(BTW, I'm unclear as to why there seems to be no more vaccine available. Are they stockpiling vaccine for, ummmmm, Obama , his family and other "special people"?)
But what about all the people exposed while on the flight? They all get off, disperse, and potentially infect everyone they come in contact with.

I’m in favor of quarantining them in their home country before they are allowed on US bound flights. If they are quarantined here and become ill we have to deal with them, and the first case has shown we are not prepared for that.
Barring that visitors and immigrants with passports from these countries should be halted until they are proven disease free.
They almost have to kill him, just to keep this country from being FLOODED with Ebola types. They’re probably withholding water now.
I think they will. They'll use his death to tell us that now that he's gone, this is all behind us now... case closed, nothing more to worry about.
