Saudi Arabia has banned travel to Mecca for the pilgrimage from countries affected by Ebola.

That would be Liberia, Sierra Leone, Guniea (not sure of Nigeria is included ).

You can (or could) book a 1-stop from Monrovia to Jeddah via Casablanca. Most flights are two or three stops, e.g., to Madrid via Casablanca, stay overnight, then fly to Jeddah with a stop in Rome.

Obviously, the Saudis are checking national origin, not banning flights.

ROB is a pretty dead airport. Today, FlightStats shows two departures, to Brussels and to Accra.

Yesterday was slightly more interesting: One flight to Casablanca and one flight to Trenton(!), the latter being part of the Ebola relief effort, apparently.
