Reminds me of the rumor of the Black Clap, from when I was in Vietnam. Supposedly, if you caught this particularly vicious strain of gonorrhea, your parents were notified you were MIA, and you spent the rest of your life exiled to a ship somewhere in the Pacific Ocean. Anyone else remember this?
I remember it. But it was a cell in someplace America that required a secret quarantine for life.
