> Ah! I remember 2008 and the previous years. We were told that the economy was the worst since the Great Depression. And now we’re supposed to celebrate the same statistics?
The liberal mind is a wasteland.

The economy is much worse now. You call any company that markets to small businesses and they will tell you the truth because they talk to small businesses at least 8 hours a day 5 days a week or more. I talk to a lot of small business owners because I’m involved in several community organizations where I get to talk to them all the time. They tell me they are experiencing their worst years since opening their doors. Many have been in business for over 20 years. Their income has vastly declined, their payroll taxes have increased, their income tax has increased, and the cost of living, particularly groceries has increased. Now they have Ebolacare to deal with. Many are on the verge closing their doors but they know they won’t be able to make a sustainable income working for someone else unless they work as an executive and those types of jobs are rare and hard to get.

Thank you Obama for destroying the economy and doing such a great job of lying about it with the Department of Labor spin doctors.

I guess all those under-employed or unemployed should feel like losers living on the island of misfit toys...surrounded by all this “prosperity”.

The U.S. economy added 248,000 jobs in September

If I recall correctly, the numbers in the Bush administration hovered at 400,000/month. That was supposed to be awful, according to the Ministry of Propaganda. Now, however, it's a little more than half that, and it is all roses and butterfingers.

Look! It's raining!

The Labor Department said average hourly earnings for all employees on private nonfarm payrolls fell by 1 cent to $24.53 in September. Over the past 12 months, average hourly earnings have risen by 2%.

???? Does that mean people are working more hours either in two lower paying jobs or overtime ?

Yessir, a 27% error rate. It tells me the revision is just as much crap as the first number.
