28 words that Democrats really wish President Obama didn’t say today
Washington Post ^ | October 2, 2014 | By Chris Cillizza

President Obama was at Northwestern University on Thursday to deliver an economic speech that, he and his team hoped, would lay out the case for why the public is better off today than they were six years ago -- even if they didn't feel it in their everday lives. Instead, Obama just gave every Republican ad-maker in the country more fodder for negative ads linking Democratic candidates to him.

You can imagine Sen. Mark Pryor of Arkansas or Sen. Kay Hagan in North Carolina or Alison Lundergan Grimes in Kentucky grimacing when they heard those 28 words. That trio has spent much of the campaign insisting that this election is NOT about Barack Obama, that it is instead about a choice between themselves and their opponents.

So he's claiming that the debt is 1/3 as large as it was when he took office?

Maybe it's that we're safer and healthier and it's more difficult for illegals to stay in the US.

From a San Francisco newspaper…… wow, they are seeing the light after several years.

Barack Obama’s incompetent presidency
http://www.examiner.com/article/barack-obama-s-incompetent-presidency

…….we can excuse the masses who voted for him in 2008, as he was simply in the right place at the right time to win the admiration of America and hoodwink voters. Of course, voting this man in for a second term is something for which there is little or no excuse.

Ah...found em....

Not sure how this adds up to “4 policies”?

“...pass a massive federal infrastructure investment package; make it easier for homebuyers to get loans; invest heavily in clean energy projects; pass immigration reform; raise the minimum wage; and pass equal-pay legislation.”

Every Republican candidate who can afford air time needs to make this a centerpiece of his or her campaign. It’s a campaign ad that’s waiting to be broadcast.

Thanks, Mr President, for nationalizing this election. It needed doing, and the RNC doesn't seem to be up to the task. It is indeed all about you! Make no mistake about that.

I wonder if all the people on food stamps, underemployed, or unemployed, realize he’s lying. It’s hard to believe he was elected, and then REelected.

calling obozo “president” is totally disrespecting the men who held that office of trust and honored it.

Cory Gardner picked up the phone.

On Fox News ( in studio) just now he’s making good points on the 28 words and linking Udall and Obama. He hit Udall and Obama hard. He did a good job.

All cornerstones of the Dem-socialist agenda. Who pays?? Those taxpayers still working in the private sector and more borrowing against our children's future.
