How is that a problem?

the General Seminary has long prided itself on diversity and inclusivity, saying on its website that a "significant" number of its faculty are gay or lesbian.

Oh, OK. There it is. The gay stuff is a source of pride to Episcopalians I guess. I see why they would be sensitive about someone wanting to promote normal.
