There are no direct, scheduled flights from ebola affected countries to the United States so your whole argument is a red herring. The only possible exception is Nigeria, which had a small outbreak which has been 100% contained. But there are no flights from Liberia, Sierra Leone or Guinea to any destinations in the United States.
