Dallas Ebola Patient Was Another Visa Mistake
Center for Immigration Studies ^ | October 1, 2014 | Jesicca Vaughan

Look up "likely visa overstay" in the dictionary, and you should find a picture of Thomas Eric Duncan, the Liberian man who is the first Ebola case diagnosed within the United States, and who is now being treated in a Dallas hospital.

This looks like another good case for the consular officers training manual of a non-immigrant visa that never should have been issued, but which could have serious public health consequences, not to mention monetary costs.

According to his Facebook page and other reports, Duncan is a 40-something, single, unemployed Liberian living in Ghana who applied sometime in the last year for a visa to visit his sister in the United States. It was reportedly his first time visiting this country.

That is six strikes against his application:

Single Unemployed Liberian (5th highest overstay rate of any country in the world) Living outside country of citizenship First time traveler to the United States Sister living in the United States.

Yes, when I am pretty dang sure they are here living on government benefits, are members of a religion that not only doesn’t want to assimilate but intends, when the numbers of people here are sufficient, to change our way of life to theirs.

Yes, it makes me angry.

The future is not ours. At least your head is not in the sand, as is those that cannot see.

Save your family if you can.

Where did he get the $2000 to fly in

Chances are US taxpayers footed the bill. Read on.

MA TAXPAYERS WERE FORCED TO FINANCE IMMIGRANTS' DIRTY DEEDS BIGTIME

After the Boston bombing, Massachusetts Democrat Gov Deval Patrick refused to divulge info WRT massive public assistance to the bombers. But state welfare officials were forced to come clean b/c the info is available to lawmakers. State Rep David Linsky called on the Mass Dept of Transitional Assistance to provide the info..... issuing an ultimatum, giving them 24 hours to provide the info.

The Boston Herald published the state's response: 'My office is working to fully comply with your request,' DTA interim commissioner Stacey Monahan wrote, saying they were only providing a summary 'given the great interest in this matter.'

Chechen immigrants--the bombers' parents----were eligible as legal, non-citizen residents who claimed "asylum" status and met the eligibility criteria for DTA, DTA interim commissioner Stacey Monahan said in a letter to David Linsky, Chairman of the Mass House Post Audit and Oversight Committee.

Multiple state agencies, on orders from Democrat Gov Patrick, refused to comment on the bomber brothers' welfare haul.

<><> WRT Tamerlan receiving UI benefits, Labor dept spokesman Kevin Franck refused to comment....

<><> Univ of Mass-- Dartmouth spokesman Robert Connolly refused to comment on the financial aid app of 19 -year-old soph Dzhokhar. 'It is our position - and I believe the accepted position in higher education - that student records including academic records and financial records (including financial aid) cannot under federal law be released without a student’s consent.'

<><> The FCC would not discuss whether the suspected bombers had govt-paid Obamaphones.

<><> Cambridge housing officials would not comment on if the brothers had Section 8 rental subsidy offered by the HUD to low income households.

Benefits for entire family of bombing suspects likely exceeded $100k
WCRB ^ | 4/29/2013 | By Janet Wu / FR Posted by Alistair Stratford IV

BOSTON — State lawmakers have launched an investigation into whether the suspects in the Boston bombings improperly received public benefits. The House Committee on Post Audit and Oversight is reviewing hundreds of documents collected from state agencies that may have provided benefits to the suspects or their families since 2002.

Sources who have seen the 500 pages of documents sent to the House Committee on Post Audit and Oversight told News Center 5 that the entire Tsarnaev family, including:

(1) the two bombing suspects' parents,

(2) the two suspects themselves,

(3) their sisters (one is under arrest for making bomb threats),

(4) the widow of the suspect killed, and,

(5) their child.

Could also include benefits for the Chechen "students" who tampered w/ evidence (one is now in jail, the other going to trial).

The Chechen cabal received "every conceivable public benefit available out there." (Excerpt) Read more at wcvb.com ...

(NTL REVIEW/DAVID HANSON)---Boston bomber brothers---Chechan immigrants here on expired student visas---offer us a teachable moment about what has become near-suicidal US immigration policies..... the government can't, and wont, assure Americans that it is enforcing immigration laws already on the books:

(1) foreign nationals must at least avoid crime and stay off public assistance, and,

(2) the govt would be disinclined to grant "asylum" (free ride on the US gravy train) to “fearful refugees” from war-torn Islamic regions, and,

(3) forcing taxpayers to foot the bill for these "fearful foreign nationals" to travel back and forth to their supposedly hostile homelands.

Muslim Killer on US Disability and Food Stamps secreted Diamonds and 200 Credit Cards
Front Page Magazine ^ | 6/20/2014 | Daniel Greenfield /FR Posted by Dqban22

This sort of thing is surprisingly common. The only reason it has come to light is because the Muslim settler committed two murders, one of which he actually got away with. The Point has discussed the murder of Gelareh Bagherzadeh before.

Gelareh Bagherzadeh was an Iranian Christian who came to this country only to be murdered by a Muslim because she encouraged his daughter to marry the Christiaan man she loved. He was too disabled to work. But not too disabled to kill. The father, a strict Muslim, was furious when his Jordanian-American daughter married a man without his permission.

Ali Mahwood-Awad Irsan blamed his daughter’s husband, relatives say. They say he also faulted one of her closest friends, 30-year-old Gelareh Bagherzadeh, a Christian convert who widely denounced Islam. First Bagherzadeh was killed, gunned down outside her parents’ Galleria townhouse complex in January 2012.

Eleven months later, Irsan’s son-in-law died after being shot multiple times in the northwest Harris County apartment he shared with his wife. And Ali thought he could get away with it because he had already gotten away with so many other things. Federal authorities executed a search warrant at Irsan’s sprawling, 5-acre property 40 miles north of Houston, where they allegedly found cash, diamonds, pearls, weapons and phony passports hidden in attic rafters, in secret compartments throughout a cluster of trailers and outbuildings and even inside the buried drum of a clothes dryer at the Conroe property.

Irsan, his wife Shmou Ali Alrawabdeh, and another daughter were subsequently arrested on a variety of federal fraud charges and are in federal custody.

A federal criminal complaint detailing the discoveries recounts a saga of nearly 20 years in which the 57-year-old naturalized citizen from Jordan and his family allegedly scammed taxpayer disability assistance funds claiming “fibromyalgia and chronic fatigue symptoms,” and “affective disorders” while secreting real estate, vehicles and cash in U.S. and foreign bank accounts.

The complaint also alleges Irsan was receiving taxpayer funds for a son not living in the U.S., maintained several addresses on the property to facilitate various schemes and once disabled a safety feature on a saw then purposefully cut himself to receive a $75,000 settlement. Ali was certainly industrious and entrepreneurial, just not quite in the way amnesty advocates like to claim.

Also found on the property was a makeshift gun range, which witnesses said “five or six Muslim families” frequently visited to fire AK-47s and information about Irsan’s attempts to get a silencer. Nothing to do with Islam I’m sure.

The rest of the scam ...... While there have been no allegations of terrorist ties regarding the family’s alleged foreign bank accounts and suspicious wire transactions, Irsan’s strict adherence to radical Islam may have been a motive in the alleged murders.Authorities are also re-examining a 1999 case in which Irsan was not indicted after claiming self-defense in the shooting of son-in-law Amjad Alidam, who was married to Nasemah Rachelle Irsan. And that’s not all.

Prosecutors also revealed, in connection to the social security fraud and credit card charges against Irsan, that they found more than 200 credit cards with various names and multiple variations of his own name throughout the Irwin Keel home. Arresting officers say they also found more than 40 similar credit cards in his wallet the morning he was arrested.

His daughter also alleges, among multiple other schemes detailed in court documents, that Ali Irsan purposely disabled the safety device on a Ryobi rotary saw and purposely cut his own foot. Prosecutors say he used that injury to receive a $75,000 settlement from the manufacturer.

MICHELE MALKIN Obama's Diversity Visa lottery program is a public health hazard and a national security risk that leaves our safety to random chance...... in the wake of Ebola scares, worried Americans are stocking up on facemasks, hand sanitizer and gloves. New vaccines are in the works for emerging global contagions. Unfortunately, there is no antidote for our government's blind and deadly diversity worship. Political correctness is a plague on us all.

INVESTORS BUSINESS DAILY.COM REPORTED Secretary of State John Kerry warned of a new surge of illegals, just as Central America is being hit by a new wave of epidemics. No doubt about it: President Obama's open-borders policy is exposing us to disease, too.

In a background press briefing at the U.N. last Tuesday, a senior State Department official said Secretary of State John Kerry told his counterparts from Guatemala, Honduras, El Salvador and Mexico that the pause in minors coming across our southern border was temporary, and that "we have to use this time to put in place more efforts, greater efforts to get at the root cause of this, because we know that those numbers may rise again."

The next wave may be worse than the first, however, because monsoon conditions, a harsh drought and the globalization of transport are ensuring that the 50,000 or so unscreened new entrants will be bringing a raft of new diseases with them.

Though little reported, the Caribbean is on high alert for the spread of chikungunya, known as "the virus of pain." Its Tanzanian-origin Bantu name means "to contort," describing the agony it leaves in joints for years. Some 183,000 cases were detected in the region this year as it spreads from the same mosquitoes that transmit dengue and yellow fever. Central America, according to a report in El Pais, is the epicenter. Puerto Rico has reported 2,000 cases and three deaths.

But the disease has worked its way up to the U.S.; Texas and Florida reported victims who have already contracted it without traveling to the affected regions. (Excerpt) Read more at news.investors.com ...

================================================

NOTEWORTHY: It has been verified that the border-jumpers, emanating from 144 antediluvian disease-ridden countries, are carriers of TB, Ebola,Chikungunya, Dengue fever, Norovirus. Hantavirus, Swine flu, Varicella. Variola, E-coli.......and childhood diseases America stamped out years ago.

The Obama admin has kept secret:

<><> medical conditions of minors transported to US schools....

<><> contagion status of contaminated Border-holding facilities;

<><> contagion status of contaminated public transportation used to relocate minors.......

<><> dangers to Americans from contaminated illegals in the marketplace, handling our food, merchandise.
