Obola and the Dems are desperately trying to fix that by nationalizing as much as they can (see ObamaCare) to eliminate difference between states; they will have taxpayers (companies and individuals) in Texas subsidizing gibsmedats in NJ, CA, and IL so that Red (Dem) states stop bleeding population & employers (by eliminating the advantages of fleeing).
