May be his children or relatives children. They may have been exposed thru hugging and kissing him when he came home or arrived for a visit.........................

Something to think about. What if child A picked up the virus but Child B did not. Now you lock them in one place together to isolate them from the public. Child A comes down with symptoms and then gives the virus to Child B. Then we have the children’s parents right there as well.
Now imagine this on an even larger group of people. Pretty scary really.
