I did a quick Google search on that list and the first three seem to indicate increased bleeding, either by blocking clotting agents in the blood or some other method, it’s advised not to take them with blood thinners, ibuprofen or aspirin. I’m not so sure I’d want the three of them in my system when the big “bleed out” virus hits. There’s certainly no proof that their preventative/immune boosting qualities would be strong enough to risk the blood thinning ones.

except for sambucol (got that today from an ebola site) got those items (and more) off an article by an MD who discussed pandemic flu (bird flu scare) and what to take and do when there are no doctors

except for Vitamin D3 the key is not “boosting the immune system” but about supporting the body systems facing a cytokine storm
search up prepareforthepandemic.com by Dr Grattan Woodson, 2005

(sorry my computer is not allowing me to open downloads today)

Of course no one should take anything unless discussed with their doctor

When my kids start coming down with something I give them Resveratrol NAC Curcumin Zinc plus a day or 2 of megadoses Vitamin D3 and usually we bypass the whole thing, None of us has had a common cold for more than a day in several years
