Someone in Africa comes in contact with someone they know has Ebola, so before they have any symptoms they are hoping on a plane and coming here so if they develop symptoms it’s after they are here, and they get treatment here instead of Africa.
People that live in African countries are also choosing to “visit” families living here waiting on Ebola to burn itself out in Africa instead of staying in Africa waiting for it to burn itself out.
