Why do they call him Mayor? I don’t see where he was ever elected Mayor. So it was a family brawl, the dude was being disrespectful to his wife, his son intervened and he was fighting his son and his wife blew him away.

Hard to say. Maybe she just killed the golden goose, but maybe she can just throw herself on the mercy of the court, claiming special privileges, because she is now a grieving widow. A black widow for sure, but a widow nonetheless. Wasn't there a standing joke about the Menendez brothers throwing themselves on the mercy of the court, because they were orphans?
Guess the big family get together at Thanksgiving is out this year.

The more I hear about this case, the more I hear the LAW misquoted, Every media outlet has reported she was “Justified” under the law IS LYING TO YOU
This BITCH had NO RIGHT to use Deadly Force under ANY CIRCUMSTANCES unless SHE was the person being attacked. Below is the actual LAW that Specifically FORBIDS the Use of DEADLY FORCE if the person is a FAMILY MEMBER or HOUSEHOLD member. She Belongs in PRISON.
Penal Code Section 198.5 states: “Any person using force intended or likely to cause death or great bodily injury within his or her residence shall be presumed to have held a reasonable fear of imminent peril of death or great bodily injury to self, family, or a member of the household when that force is used against another person, not a member of the family or household, who unlawfully and forcibly enters or has unlawfully and forcibly entered the residence and the person using the force knew or had reason to believe that an unlawful and forcible entry occurred.”
So much for high school sweethearts.
