IF they are involved in the decision to murder their child, then the legal (and correct) definition is accessory to murder.

This conversation we’re having here? On this thread? Some on the fence will argue that THIS is why abortion will never be illegal. That by strictly defining it as we do can only mean that mothers who aborted and the doctors that performed the abortions should be tried for murder.

Much in the same way the Nazi’s were after WWII.

And I don’t have a problem with that.

Did you know that there were Nazi doctors who were prosecuted at Nuremburg for aborting Jewish infants? The court defined abortion as a crime against humanity. I don’t have a link but the historical research was done by History Professor John Hunt of St. Joseph’s College in West Hartford, Connecticut which, despite the name of the college, is none too Catholic but John Hunt is/was.
