Doesn't it suck to be called-up-short, point by point? :) I understand your need to defend with snarky sarcasm, when you are losing on both the facts and the law, pound the table, right? :)

After all, the cop claimed she had a glass pipe, but he couldn’t produce it for evidence.

Nor did he even charge her with said violation of law; I'd say this is the most interesting of all the observations surrounding this case.

If that pipe had residue on it, that right there is a conviction...Either the pipe had no residue on it, or the cop thought he could get a hit or two off of it...
