So.....what do you suggest we do this November?
Sit at home?
Vote third party?
Vote Dem?
I would suggest you consider whether a candidate, in the long run, helps or hurts the goal of shrinking the size and scope of government. If I lived in Mississippi or Kentucky that would certainly involve voting 3rd party or staying at home. If I lived in Kansas I believe Roberts squeaking by serves my long term interests best. As I live in Texas I happily vote for Cruz but will never again pull the lever for Cornyn.
I will vote for a Conservative who puts principal in front of political expedience. One who truly believes and credibly articulates the principals of small government, free markets, person liberty, American exceptionalism and the supremacy of Judeo/Christian Western culture over thug culture/Islam/tribalism/Third world culture. If someone like that comes from the Republican party and has a good chance of being elected, that is wonderful. I will be happy to support them. If the only person who fits the bill is from a third party, oh well. I am still going to make my opinion known via the ballot box.
