It’s not applied directly anywhere.

Yet.

But in some places, I believe it may have been a consideration in some court cases.

The covert “creeping” sharia is everywhere though.

Can’t criticize islam or koran

Must provide halal school lunch alternatives

Must install foot washes in public bathrooms

That kind of thing.
