The last I heard there was still a pending court case on whether the Democrats should have to comply with the law requiring that they name a substitute candidate. What happened with that?

Silly rabbit, election laws are for Republicans to follow, not democrats.

That case was heard by the the Sebelius packed Kansas Supreme Court. They ruled that it just wasn’t fair that Taylor had to keep his name on the ballot just because of some silly law. Those who voted for him in the primary should just get over it and vote for Orman, that who the Democrat leadership really wants anyway, voters need to do as they are told. They put it in very proper legal language, of course, but that’s what they really thought.
