On “60 Minutes,” the president faulted his spies for failing to predict the rise of ISIS. There’s one problem with that statement: The intelligence analysts did warn about the group.
Nearly eight months ago, some of President Obama’s senior intelligence officials were already warning that ISIS was on the move. In the beginning of 2014, ISIS fighters had defeated Iraqi forces in Fallujah, leading much of the U.S. intelligence community to assess they would try to take more of Iraq.

Just last week at a Pentagon meeting he got all pissy and stomped out. His aide brought him back in and he stomped out, again. He came back in once again and whined that all his muzzy bros can’t be painted with the same brush. Yes, he’s been told but the muzzy man child refuses to listen.

Context is everything.
The statement refers to his advancement of the Sunni cause in general. In that area, Obama has been quite successful. But not in Egypt.
Egypt became a major exception when the Egyptian people rose up and threw out the Muslim Brotherhood. That has to be viewed by our Sunni President as a major failure. In Iraq, the Sunni's are on the rise. Ditto in Libya and Syria. Afghanistan is next.

If his is the son of a Muslim and he becomes a Christian, he is then apostate, which for the son of a Muslim carries an irrevocable death sentence. There is no fatwa against him for being murtad fatri, therefore the mullahs must believe he is a Muslim plant.

Who remembers that Bill Clinton got all enamoured with electronic ‘intelligence’ when he was in the Oval Office & he pulled hundreds of human intelligence officers out of every country??
He was sure that satellites & other types of electronic spying would be just as successful. We needed those ‘ears on the ground’ and he dismissed the intelligence community cries for keeping such humans in place.
We have been paying for that foolhardy move ever since.
Obama, OTOH, doesn’t want to read & ask questions about his daily briefings. He despises the military in the first place. He doesn’t support any military information.
Didn’t Bush have his briefings very early every day & Obama doesn’t even get out of bed early like Bush did? I seem to recall that Obama’s attention to the daily briefings has been at best lackidasical.
Authors will have fodder for books for the next 100 years. None of them will be polite, either.
The “intelligence” community is the once agency that could act to save this country.
I was at a customer’s home and noticed a book about Parenting.
I flipped it open to the middle and read these words:

“Yep!” I said to myself.
I wasn’t there so can’t say for sure. I can only say I read from a pm link but deleted it after reading. The unbelievable part would most likely be that he bothered to sit in on a meeting.
