No doubt Kim Jong Un firmly believes North Korea is better off now than when he took office, even though the North Korean people cannot “feel” it.
I would say that Kim Jong Un is more honest than Obama. He probably admits he’s a dictator where Obama is one of the biggest liars that ever walked the face of the earth.
