We’re being had. Again.
For six years, President Obama has endeavored to will the country into accepting two pillars of his alternative national-security reality. First, he claims to have dealt decisively with the terrorist threat, rendering it a disparate series of ragtag jayvees. Second, he asserts that the threat is unrelated to Islam, which is innately peaceful, moderate, and opposed to the wanton “violent extremists” who purport to act in its name.
Now, the president has been compelled to act against a jihad that has neither ended nor been “decimated.” The jihad, in fact, has inevitably intensified under his counterfactual worldview, which holds that empowering Islamic supremacists is the path to security and stability. Yet even as war intensifies in Iraq and Syria — even as jihadists continue advancing, continue killing and capturing hapless opposition forces on the ground despite Obama’s futile air raids — the president won’t let go of the charade.
Hence, Obama gives us the Khorosan Group.
The who?
There is a reason that no one had heard of such a group until a nanosecond ago, when the “Khorosan Group” suddenly went from anonymity to the “imminent threat” that became the rationale for an emergency air war there was supposedly no time to ask Congress to authorize.
You haven’t heard of the Khorosan Group because there isn’t one. It is a name the administration came up with, calculating that Khorosan — the –Iranian–Afghan border region — had sufficient connection to jihadist lore that no one would call the president on it.

This Clown Car administration is replete with chronic liars and led by the chronic liar supremo, Clown Prince nobama. That (apparently) there are no consequences to them for anything they say or do only eggs them on.
I thought it might be a Red Herring when they bombed empty buildings with empty parking lots. The goal is to destroy terrorists, not empty buildings. Obama’s goal seems to be, use up weapons inventory and stop resupply by cancelling weapons contracts.
That really isn’t to hard to believe.
I always thought the the ‘ISIS’ crew was pretty big to have come from out of nowhere, overnight, going on a killing rampage with nary a ‘rumor’ as to their prior existence.
Just figured it was alqeda with a name change or another name ‘they’ had hidden away in their archives.
When BO made the ‘speech’ that ISIS would be no more shortly, I never figured he had any intention of ‘wiping them out’, just figured the name would change again...
We all no how we ‘wiped out AQ because BO said so.
Kind of makes one wonder who the SEALs had ‘eliminated’ and the US Navy buried at sea - considering NO one was allowed to see any results of the raid and or autopsy and many of the raiding party were mysteriously grouped together and became part of a tragic accident.
Sorry, it is hard to believe ANYTHING this group comes up with.
The only thing we know for SURE is that an Ambassador, his Aide and part of the CIA team were assassinated and we have yet to see ANY results of that slaughter.

Khorosan Group aka alQaeda in Syris
As Obama and the DNC did on Benghazi, they are lending aid to Al Qeda again.
He had little choice but to allow Seal Team Six to take out Osama.
Too many people knew where he was thanks to Dr. Shakil Afridi.
Obama is so incensed at Dr Shakil Afridi that Obama has rejected his plea for political asylum and let’s him rot in a Pakistani prison.
Might as well be the Klingons.
Khorasan is a historical term for the Eastern Iran-Northern Afghanistan-Tajikistan-Uzbekistan-Turkmenistan-region (Greater Khorasan).
That an al-Qaeda-group using that designation existed could be problematic. Supposedly, some in Pakistan have used that designation.
That does not mean the Obama admin did not make up the Syrian faction, however.
