No, we mere mortals are qualified to discern that a person who saws someone's head off for no good reason is a bad person.

In fact, we'd be fools not to.

No, Telepathic Intruder is correct... Jesus died for our sins, assuming we repent. A that includes cutting someone’s head off. This rag-head did a terrible thing, that’s clear.

But he could repent. I’m not suggesting he will, we just don’t know...

Indeed. I’d say it’s well within the realm of possibility that a person may be “bad” when they go around beheading other people.

Technically no one is really good, but our only concern is determining how much bad constitutes too much. Is it occasional petty theft or is it killing random innocent people because you don’t like the way the world works?
