He didn’t spill someone’s milk on purpose. He purposely cut off someone’s head because he couldn’t stand other people not sharing his twisted beliefs.
Yeah, that part definitely diminishes and undermines the apology. This leads me to two thought, stated by other posters-that OK has the death penalty, and that the family was unable to get the password to scrub his FB rants.
