I’m not sure how big a deal this really is. Aren’t the French conservatives basically the same as the Workers World Party here in the States?

“The far-right National Front party”

I’m waiting breathlessly for the designation of “far-left” to be applied to any of the socialist/commie parties.

The mainstream” Right like the UMP is similar to Cameron’s “Lavatories” in England. You get great emotional image making speeches.

The FN is more nationalistic but also more accepting of socialistic premises of the French system....

I wish the FN was more nationalistic and less in love with Iran and Muslims in general.

So it starts—first France then UK and Germany—the train of civilization is on the right track.

Sacrebleu!

So ends the brief Socialist control of the French Senate, which they won 3 years ago, ending 53 years of “conservative” rule.

I know Olog, they are even worse than New Zealand’s John Key, but still, I would consider this a positive.
