The buck stops anywhere, but never at Obama’s feet.

Obama was so over burned with partying with the Hollywood and athletes elites that he has not time left for the daily intelligence briefs. When not partying, he was playing golf.

An article in the Prague newspaper, Prager Zeitungon:

“The danger to America is not Barack Obama, but a citizenry capable of entrusting a man like him with the Presidency. It will be far easier to limit and undo the follies of an Obama presidency than to restore the necessary common sense and good judgment to a depraved electorate willing to have such a man for their president. The problem is much deeper and far more serious than Mr. Obama, who is a mere symptom of what ails America . Blaming the prince of fools should not blind anyone to the vast confederacy of fools that made him their prince. The Republic can survive a Barack Obama, who is, after all, merely a fool. It is less likely to survive a multitude of fools, such as those who made him their President.”

Obama is more responsible for all the murder and dislocation of hundreds of thousands than any other one individual.

His failure (possibly deliberate) to negotiate a S of F argreement with Iraq and to leave a reasonbly sized US force in Iraq created the vacuum of opened the door for Islamic State to successfully invade Iraq from Syria. - He just wanted to brag about bring all US troops home from Iraq, so that’s what he did.

And his failure to attack the invaders with maximum possible air power when they first started invading from Syria was his second stupid and inexcusable failure. A lot of damage could have been inflicted as ISIS convoyed in the open desert and before they began conquering cities.

Then he wasted about two more full months before he ordered any air strikes at all, and only then after the general carnage and beheadings turned the American public to support some level of intervention.

But few in the news media will put these facts together and report them as they should. They once again close ranks and work to excuse the one person most responsible for the diaster that is now Iraq and much of the Middle East.

And it has already been reported that they had much intelligence about ISIS in Syria going back at least two years.

Even if we were to believe this was true, that’s no excuse for continued inaction when the convoys started trekking across the desert taking over city after city - just letting them to do it. If that had been nipped in the bud right when it started, this current situation would not exist.

Don’t any of B-HO’s handlers understand that he needs speech lessons? His ongoing, insufferable, hissing of his S sounds make him sound like a lying snake.

Either fire somebody, or take the hit yourself like a dadgum leader.

Catastrophic failure requires consequences.

When GWB was president it was Bush’s fault, not Intelligence.
It’s always been clear Bush’s intelligence was better than obama’s intelligence except among those stupid enough to support obama.

Thanks for posting this from a Prague newspaper. How refreshingly candid. The writer has expressed my deepest fear.

Yes, that writer “nails it”. However, a majority of the US public did not elect Obama, only a majority of those who voted in 2008 and 2012. Today, even a Romney (a weak choice to be sure, but better than Obama in at least some ways) would win the election. What we lack is a Conservative leader who can find a way to get his message out in such a way as to convince people how we can get on track. Polling, at least, seems to indicate that most people understand we are in trouble, but they don’t seem to truly understand the basic “why” or that corrections are not going to be much fun.

Clapper should have been gone a lonnnggg time ago. For Obama to have not recognized this and acted is an even bigger failure than any of Clapper’s.

Intelligence said there were WMDs in Iraq = Bush lied.

Intelligence underestimated ISIS = Bush’s fault.

The (non)logic of the left.

You seem to discount that in the case of the WMD... the intel was largely correct.
