The meat used in the chili, yeah that comes from the meat on the grill top that expires

Does the board of health know? How about the FDA, USDA, et al?

The meat doesn't expire. Wendy's advertises freshly cooked burgers and doesn't place burgers or patties under a heat lamp. Cooked patties are only allowed to sit on the warming side of the grill for a certain number of minutes. After that time, they become an ingredient for chili.

If any condiment has touched a patty, the patty is thrown away.
