On the scanner there was just a request for ballistic shields.
On the live feed (some local videoguy) there is some protestor on a bullhorn ranting on about the cops killing all the blacks, and that “THIS IS WAR”. And video of a lot of teens (looked like some white kids too) just hanging around waiting for the looting to start.
