They FORCED the businesses to stay open?

That’s what it said on the website “Charleston Thug Life”. The NAACP sued and the businesses are forced to remain open, unless they can manage to cover their azzes by saying they’re “closed for maintenance” or something like that, and the NAACP breathes down their necks about it.

That’s what I wondered, how can that even be legal, but that’s what the bench decided, from what I’ve read.
