Jeb Bush Suggests Republicans Should Pass Amnesty if They Win Back Senate

Even though Republicans may take back the Senate by running against amnesty, former Florida Governor Jeb Bush pushed amnesty legislation while stumping for North Carolina Republican Senate candidate Thom Tillis on Wednesday.

Bush, according to the New York Times, reportedly said that comprehensive immigration reform "will restore and sustain economic growth for this country." And even though a recent Gallup poll found that illegal immigration is now the top concern among Republicans, Bush said that if immigration reform is "framed in that way, I don’t think there’s a big debate in the Republican Party about the need to do this."

Momma always said stupid is as stupid does, she also said if it looks like a Bush, if it talks like a Bush then it probably is a big government liberal in the costume of a coservative.

Somebody seems a little thick on precisely why the Republicans might take the Senate. Some bad news, Jeb - the problem isn't us, it's you.

Remember that you really have no control over who the nominee will be. The elites will set it up in Davos next year. The big fraud is the shoeple actually think that they are the ones electing a president & the nominees.

I’d rather have a Democrat. They’ll double cross me but they won’t lie to me while they’re doing it.

With a Republican moderate, they’ll say what what they need to say to get elected but once in office, they’ll vote like a Democrat.

Who needs them when you can get the real deal from the other side?

Didn’t the Congress pass, a couple of years ago, the “build a fence” bill?

That isn’t even done yet.

I, frankly, think something ought to be done about the illegals here...but build a darn fence and keep the illegals from coming over the fence.

The real losers are the American people and the people who are trying to immigrate LEGALLY.

Again, I say, the Democrats could be running Pol Pot himself, resurrected, and I would never, ever vote for Jeb Bush. Or anyone like him. Ever again.

So why are we supposed to vote for Republicans is all they do is enact Democrats policies? Did they learn anything from the mittens meltdown?

Just because I oppose amnesty and the people who support it (mainly the oligarchy, Romney being just one) doesn’t mean I begrudge them their success. I begrudge the fact that they don’t believe in the rule of law.

This week, Bush held a reception in Florida for Senate candidates "Tom Cotton of Arkansas, Joni Ernst of Iowa, Cory Gardner of Colorado, Dan Sullivan of Alaska, and Monica Wehby of Oregon."

Which raises questions about the judgment exercised by those candidates who appeared with amnesty Jeb. Such a reception only serves some purpose for this latest Bush and will not help any of the senatorial candidates attending.

Maybe it won't do any harm to the candidates since it was in Florida, but Jeb is acting like a clueless idiot by constantly blabbering about amnesty for illegal aliens around these Republican senatorial candidates.

Why on earth would someone one who would even make such a statement be running? I hope it is not because the country clubbers can nominate anyone they want no matter what they say and this is to get in good with them. That is the only reason why he could be nominated and if that is true then we have literally no say in the party.

Well maybe the GOP should not win the senate then.

I won’t be voting for any GOP senators, that’s for damn sure.

RE:”Bankrupt the country, through prosperity! Bush is a psycho.”

hey freep-iend.

Wont they get credit cards so they can buy stuff then cant afford to stimulate growth and jobs?

Poor Hispanics bought homes they couldn't afford under Bush in 2000s in NV, AZ and NM. Look how well that worked out.

Lots of home building jobs under JWB. Happy days are coming back again...
