If the sponsors are found to have given false information then Bench warrant the entire chain of command - sponsors, then HHS social workers, then supervisors of those social workers, then HHS managers and on up the admin line to the very top. Exploitation of AA has created government agencies topheavy in unionized minorities who may be lackadaisical about law and sympathetic to their own personal biases knowing nothing will be done about blatant preferential treatment - it’s time to shakedown the HHS for the corrupt agency it is.
